Liaoning Jijia New Material Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is located in Panjin, Liaoning Province – the "City of Wetlands." With a registered capital of RMB 50 million and a current workforce of 140 employees, the company specializes in the production of "Luhua" brand formaldehyde-free reed core boards. These boards are manufactured using mature wetland reeds as raw materials, combined with formaldehyde-free MDI adhesive, and produced on a large-scale continuous flat-press production line – the core equipment of the facility.

2015

Launched the world's first R&D production line for reed-based engineered wood, ushering in a new era of herbaceous fiber applications.

2017

Successfully developed the world's first decorative surface-ready engineered board made from reed as the base material.

2018

January – Received the first utility model patent certificate.

May – Passed the U.S. CARB‑NAF and EPA‑NAF no‑added‑formaldehyde certifications; participated in the revision of the group standard for "No‑Added‑Formaldehyde Engineered Wood and Products."

2019

April – Received a national invention patent.

May – Designated as a "Founding Member of the National Innovation Alliance for No‑Added‑Formaldehyde Engineered Wood."

December – Received the "Innovation Award" from the China National Forestry Industry Association.

2020

July – Received the second utility model patent certificate.

September – Recognized as a "National Green Factory" and a "China Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Unit."

December – Named a Leading Enterprise of the Forestry Industry in Liaoning Province.

2021

February – Received five computer software copyrights; two intelligent production bases in Inner Mongolia and Hunan were successively put into operation.

April – Received the third utility model patent certificate.

May – Received the fourth utility model patent certificate.

September – Rated as a National High‑Tech Enterprise.

2024

The third intelligent production line was put into operation in Hunan, completing the national production capacity strategic layout.
